A moody and interesting Brazilian with darker notes and flavor.
Took a visit down to the Coava Cafe in San Diego to see if it was still my favorite espresso in town (it is). I got a flight of both the Kilenso Ethiopia and this, the Santa Luzia Brazil. I really enjoy the darker spiciness of this espresso, and it’s one of the better Brazilian coffees of recent memory. Serve it at dessert with a banana creme pie.
