My recent visit to Coava had me ecstatic over their Ethiopian Kilenso, which was pulled ristretto in the cafe. Today, I recreated the recipe at home with a slight adjustment (18g/26g out), but the results were very similar. This roast is a treat; you can smell its profile immediately, and it tastes fantastic. Pair with an earthy dark chocolate or blood orange.
