Central/South American coffees have fatigued my tastebuds a little bit, to the point where it’s not my first choice when looking for new beans. Crystalina, though, has reignited my curiosity for South American coffees. This is wonderful as espresso with a full body and pleasant notes of sweetly toasted almonds. I’d pair it with raspberry preserves and dark chocolate for a decadent mocha.
